Online Resources for Musicians
Although I haven’t updated the blog for a while I didn’t abandon it
Being involved in other projects I didn’t had the time for sensoria.ws but I hope this will change soon.
As you can see on my Sensoria Web Space you can find here articles and stuff that I find interesting, from my field of interests which are music & audio production, guitar playing, photography and once in a while design & things related to it like web design and more. If you find these interesting for you too be sure to check the website from time to time and don’t hesitate to subscribe.
If you are a recording musician, or just want to know more about making music you should check the list of websites that every recording musician should visit, on audiotuts.com a website with tutorials about audio production, I check them pretty often.
Here’s the article: 47 Sites Every Recording Musician Should Visit

Online resources for photographers
An interesting site for photography passionates, dphotojournal.com is a good resource for the photo domain, you can find there tutorials, reviews of equipment used by photographers, photoshop tutorials, and it also contains a section for downloading dedicated photo editing software. The portal also has a forum and a directory of sites dedicated to photography, so if you have such a site you can promote it there.
Photo sharing is also present on dphotojournal, the site has an online community in the section of MyShutterspace, where you can publish your photo albums or videos. MyShutterspace is a social network for digital photography enthusiasts, there is a social community that can exchange ideas or impressions about the photography, techniques and gears, and you can critiques on photos.

There are many valuable online resources for photography, these are just two of them, I will cover more in future articles.
The place for music makers
From the category of online resources, the site of the week would be musicradar.com, a good resource for those who make music and not only. Or by the slogan from the site, the place for music makers. The website contains updated information about equipment, software, reviews, many tutorials and video guitar lessons or music news.
Those who use software for production or audio recording, can find a list of plugins and free utilities grouped by categories. I also found all kinds of interesting articles from how to promote music online to how to make your guitar sound similar to that of Jimi Hendrix and so on.
The portal also contains a forum for those interested to exchange information with other users, and the community is quite numerous.
So check it out: www.musicradar.com
Workshoplive.com a resource of free courses, guitar, bass, piano and drums
Among the many sites that offer online courses for all sorts of music instruments I found one that stands out for its complete content completely. Workshoplive.com offers both guitar lessons as well as bass, piano or drums, something for every band member :).
The lessons presented are in video format and can be seen directly online and the video lessons are accompanied by scores and tabs.
Besides the lessons presented by teachers, there are many lessons presented by famous artists such as Joe Satriani … though this is a special section, which is paid for separately.
Sure the website has a down side, to have access to all lessons you must become a member, and that costs, but price may be worth to someone who will use the full resources of the site.
Anyway, here comes the good part:), now the site provides free access for one week at the following address www.workshoplive.com/playfree, everything you need is an email address.
Enjoy!
